Your new job
- Manage receivables: process incoming payments, dunning including debt collection, obtain credit information and release orders, create sales rebates, etc.
- Manage liabilities: record, post and pay supplier invoices, participate in the letter of credit process, etc.
- Account assignment, booking and filing of general ledger documents
- Book and reconcile all bank accounts and cash
- Prepare and submit VAT returns CH/DE/AT
- Assist in budget preparation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Prepare evaluations and reports for the department management

Your specialties
- commercial basic training with completed or ongoing further education for the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
- several years of experience in finance, preferably in an SME
- confident handling of MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook as well as affinity for ERP systems and digital tools
- quick comprehension and networked thinking skills
- structured, reliable and conscientious working style
- confident expression in German as well as good English skills (level B1)
