Community Health and Care Assistant Replacement (ASSC)
40-100% fixed-term until 31.12.2026

Your mission:

• Welcome and support patients according to current professional standards and the organization of the service
• Provide quality technical care
• Participate in the implementation of the therapeutic project with the patient, in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Actively contribute to the smooth running of the service by proposing improvement measures
• Work in pairs with the nurse

Your profile:

• Certificate as community health and care assistant
• Day and night work
• Mastery of French or German with good knowledge of the other language
• Very good flexibility and availability
• Very good knowledge of the HFR network and sites
• Mastery of common computer tools
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Must have a vehicle to work on the 4 sites

Health Specialist (FaGe) for Absence Replacement

Tasks

• You welcome and support patients according to the organization of the department and in compliance with the applicable professional standards.
• You perform high-quality nursing services.
• You help to implement the individual care plan together with the person being cared for, in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• You actively contribute to the smooth running of the department and bring in suggestions for improvement.
• You work in a two-person team with a nursing professional.

Profile

• Qualification as Health Specialist (FaGe)
• Willingness to work day and night shifts
• German or French with good knowledge of the other language
• Very high flexibility and availability
• Very good knowledge of the HFR network and the various locations
• Proficiency in common computer programs
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Vehicle required for assignments at all four locations
