Spa Manager (M/F)
On a 100% fixed-term contract
Available from April 1, 2026
Your daily tasks:
Management, leadership, and strategy:
- Supervise and manage the Spa team, composed of 13 permanent employees and extras (Spa therapists, spa receptionists, cleaning agents)
- Ensure staff training: protocols and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards
- Make decisions regarding promotion requests, career development, and salary increases for team members
- Plan schedules, create rosters, and allocate tasks within the team
- Monitor treatment scheduling, financial tracking, and attendance statistics
Customer experience
- Build customer loyalty, develop the subscriber portfolio, and ensure follow-up with Spa members
- Manage complaints, customer grievances, and feedback
Operational management
- Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and application of LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards
- Actively participate in Spa activities: be present at Reception, manage calls, handle emails, welcome and guide clients
Strategy & Financial management
- Create and propose offers and packages to enhance the Spa's image and revenue
- Maintain contact and manage relationships with suppliers
- Manage extras according to operational needs
- Prepare forecasts and analyze personnel costs to meet the established budget, as well as set annual department budgets
- Monitor key performance indicators (turnover, attendance) and adjust staff resources to ensure sector productivity
Recruitment
- Handle recruitment requests in close collaboration with Human Resources and ensure candidate selection
- Conduct job interviews and ensure the smooth running of candidate trial days
