• You are responsible for the operational and strategic development of the Ticino market region and lead the three general agencies as well as a strong network of main agencies
• You bear profit and loss responsibility for the Ticino region in the property, life, and health insurance sectors
• As an experienced leader and coach, you support the entrepreneur general agents in their success in the market area
• As a central point of contact, you act proactively between Ticino and German-speaking Switzerland, bringing innovations and ideas to and from Ticino
• You take responsibility for leadership and digitalization topics (omni-channel management) and work hand in hand with central offices in Winterthur
• You are responsible for project planning and implementation of sales-promoting measures
• You work closely in projects with various departments within distribution and other divisions
• Market requirements and customer expectations inspire you, and you actively contribute to the development of new products

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education and bring solid experience and an excellent track record in the insurance industry (experience as a general agent is an advantage) as well as broad sales experience
• You are an inspiring leader with "drive" and foresight and know how to excite and motivate people through your behavior and attitude
• The development and success of your team is central to you – you adapt your leadership style situationally and contextually
• You are a convincing communication talent and are linguistically confident in Italian (native language) and German (C1)
• You know the Ticino market very well, are well connected there, and represent AXA as a strong personality and credible representative in the region
• Analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills are among your strengths, as is the ability to translate complex issues into pragmatic solutions
• You recognize opportunities early, develop innovative approaches, and consistently and enthusiastically implement new paths
