This position reports to the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence and provides the chance to contribute to a company committed to achieving outstanding outcomes and continual enhancement within a biologics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Successfully implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GMP continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead by influencing to embed a Lean Management System, including tiered daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work
- Facilitate cultural transformation to meet site goals and objectives
- Identify and implement strategies for achieving flawless operational excellence
- Support the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence in driving site-wide strategic improvement programs
Requirements
- Proven experience in a GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, preferably within a biologics or commercial pharmaceutical production environment
- Practical experience in continuous improvement or Lean management systems
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire change across teams
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
