Your Tasks
- Ensuring the well-being of patients with mental illnesses who are in the recovery process
- Supporting nursing professionals in organizing the daily routine of the ward
- Implementing the recovery-oriented treatment concept
- Planning, carrying out, and evaluating nursing and care activities (e.g., key worker duties, leading activities)
- Accompanying and qualifying FaGe trainees on the ward
- Close collaboration within the interprofessional core and treatment team

- Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience (psychiatry preferred)
- Independent working, high reliability
