If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:

• Individually motivate, accompany and promote trainees – according to educational guidelines, concept-based and practice-oriented
• Together with the trainees, ensure competent and holistic patient care in all shifts (mainly early shift)
• Actively shape developments in the department's management team – especially in educational topics
• As part of the education team, jointly shape the training on the ward and strengthen the nursing team in working with trainees
• Diverse development and exchange formats in the training network – that inspire, connect, and enable development as an educational professional

Become part of the Clinic for Internal Medicine with further training status A, which, with over 2,500 inpatient patients, over 6,000 emergencies, and more than 450 patients cared for annually in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, is a central and important service center of the hospital. Our interdisciplinary wards with the specialties of palliative care, internal medicine, and surgery are managed in a primary nursing system.

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or HF/FH nursing with 2 years of professional experience as well as experience in mentoring learners
• Completed SVEB certificate individual mentoring or willingness to complete it promptly
