WHAT OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDES
Our program offers high-quality training in leadership, management, and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
Typically, you will work and learn closely with other trainees and your tutor.
- Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical concepts, case studies and role plays, group work, team building, and plenary discussions.
- Between modules, you will receive on-the-job training and coaching with an assigned Store Manager Mentor.
- After completing the modules, there will be a celebration party to mark the end of the program.
The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainer program is to prepare you to manage your own store in the near future.
