What to expect
- Comprehensive marketing of our Retail Media offering to suppliers and other customers
- Active development, maintenance, and further development of sustainable Retail Media partnerships
- Design and implementation of attractive Retail Media offers as well as holistic marketing plans
- End-to-end responsibility for the planning, implementation, and optimization of Retail Media campaigns
- Active participation in the further development of our Retail Media products (e.g., Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands)
- Ongoing market and competitor analyses as well as shared responsibility for achieving sales targets
What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of experience in media marketing, including 2 years with a focus/success in Retail Media
- Solid digital marketing and media knowledge, ideally with experience in Adobe Analytics and Retail Media ad servers
- Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills with a holistic, networked campaign mindset for successful customer acquisition and retention
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, independent, and resilient personality with sales instinct, organizational talent, and openness to new trends
- A strong network in the Retail Media environment
