For our client, a well-known production and trading company, we are looking to expand the collegial and well-coordinated team with a

Setting up and running the machine types Star SR and SB, Nextturn, Brother, Spinner, Nakamura
Ensuring quality while adhering to specifications
Programming and setting up new parts
Optimizing manufacturing processes and CNC programs
Monitoring manufacturing processes and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
Performing quality controls
Maintenance and care of machines
Initiating and managing the procurement of tools and aids

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable qualification
Experience in setting up and operating CNC long-turning machines STAR
Knowledge in CNC programming (Fanuc oi-TF Plus, 18i-TB, i-Series), possibly Siemens or possibly Brother CNC-C00
High quality awareness and precise working method
Teamwork skills, reliability, and initiative
Lean experience, 5S, Kaizen
First leadership experience desired
