Customer Companion 80 - 100%
Responsibilities
As a customer companion, you are the face of Thurbo on our trains and are in direct contact with our customers. You give our passengers your attention and take on a variety of tasks. You actively participate in the deployment planning. Assignments with bus companies in our region bring additional variety to your workday.
Your tasks
- You check tickets on our regional trains (random checks during shift work).
- You take care of our customers and accompany the night trains.
- You carry out frequency surveys.
Requirements
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training and ideally have additional training as a customer companion in public transport.
- Experience in fare systems and geographic knowledge of Eastern Switzerland are advantageous.
- You can express yourself well orally and in writing. Perfect German skills are required.
- You enjoy direct customer contact, have a friendly demeanor, and always maintain a neat appearance.
- You are willing to work irregular hours and at night and hold a category B driving license.
