As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Taking over the main tasks of reception, hotel cash desk, porter, housekeeper, and chauffeurs
- Handling administrative tasks such as creating lists and statistics, processing registration forms, invoices, and other documents
- Receiving and handling or forwarding complaints; co-responsibility for safety and order in the functional area
- Assisting in room service
- Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the front office area is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera Cloud
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Very confident German and English skills; additional foreign language is an advantage
