Your tasks:
Case management and care of complex health and nursing situations in the expert team
Focus areas: palliative care, pain and wound management, behavioral interventions, counseling, admission process, clinical assessment, emergency and crisis management.

Your profile:
- Degree as a certified nursing professional
- High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation
- Ability to implement new nursing knowledge related to care
- You love nursing and know that it is more than routine
- Joy in learning together
- Professional experience in long-term care (advantageous)
- Training as RAI-NH MDS coordinator or supervisor (advantageous)
