Your tasks
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies and procedures to ensure occupational safety and health protection
- Conducting hazard assessments and planning measures
- Creation and implementation of safety concepts
- Supporting the head of the department in various projects and topics to sustainably further develop OSH
- Training and raising awareness of employees regarding safety regulations and practices
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal standards
- Analysis of accidents and near misses to identify and implement improvement potentials
- Conducting training sessions for prospective network electricians in our regional center in Lenzburg
Your profile
- Ideally completed training as a network electrician or other basic electrical engineering training
- Further education as an electrical engineer HTL/FH, energy technician, or master network electrician
- Additional training as a specialist in occupational safety & health
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Independent working style
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
- Audience-appropriate communication and confident appearance
