Support the Criminal Police in the clarification and prosecution of crimes as part of the administrative investigation support!

To complement our team, we are looking for a

• Coordination of administrative requests with a criminal police background
• Independent handling of all administrative tasks (such as appointment organization, correspondence, minute taking, file management)
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing inter-cantonal mutual legal assistance requests
• Dispatch, filing, and internal distribution of case files
• Procurement of materials and furniture as well as controlling in accounting
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as managing the telephone switchboard
• Co-responsibility for budget planning and project implementation
• Support in space management
• Assistance tasks for commissions and specialist groups as needed

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Several years of experience as a department assistant
• Very good IT user skills (especially MS Office)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in an administration or police organization is an advantage
