You like to get hands-on, organize with overview, and ensure that our projects are successfully, timely, and economically implemented. If you are eager to take on responsibility and contribute your know-how daily, we are really looking forward to you.
Here’s what needs to be done
- Independently plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects – we are active in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment
- Carry out a clean construction process planning including work preparation and personnel management
- Economically deploy resources and identify optimization potentials
- Create measurements, offers, calculations, and billing
- Ensure cost, quality, and deadline control
These are your skills and strengths
- A basic education as a bricklayer is an advantage
- Further training as a construction manager or foreman – or the willingness to complete this
- Interest and motivation for further development (calculation, construction management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
- Leadership qualities and team spirit
- Customer-oriented appearance and assertiveness
