What you can achieve
- Technical and personnel management of the *MALE drone team (Hermes 900 HFE / Starliner ADS 15) according to business management principles as well as RUAG leadership principles to ensure strategic, operational and commercial goal achievement.
- Leadership of the six-member team consisting of engineers and mechanics
- First point of contact for the OEM and the operator
- Preparation of project and cost center planning as well as the cost center budget and ensuring appropriate controlling
- Ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations towards customers and POC for all operational MALE drone topics
- Definition of the scope of work for MALE drones / material competence
- Active participation in negotiations

What you bring with you
- Extensive expertise in the field of aviation, preferably MRO (e.g. line maintenance or small aircraft maintenance)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience
- Bachelor / Master degree in a technical field e.g. IT, mechanical engineering, aerospace
- Strong negotiation skills as well as sound economic and strategic thinking
- High self-initiative, presence on site necessary
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
