About the job
ipw treats patients with mental illnesses – from young adulthood to old age. Tasks
- Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
- Implementation of milieu- and nursing therapeutic interventions
- Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centered care and in consultation with the core team
- Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations in cooperation with a qualified nursing professional
- Handling administrative, household-related, and logistical tasks
Profile
- Completed FaGe training, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry or with people with dementia
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- High social/personal competence and structured working method
- Resilience and confidence in action
- Willingness to support change processes, embrace new things, and actively shape changes
- Very good German and PC skills
