Experienced ICT Project Manager - Digitalization & Transformation (m/f/d)

• Independent management of ICT projects using classical, agile, or hybrid project methods
• Responsibility for project goals, resources, time, costs, risks, and stakeholder management
• Building and leading the project organization including internal project teams as well as external partners and suppliers
• Controlling the entire project process – from the project idea to handover to operations
• Independent creation of conceptual and technical deliverables
• Active participation in and continuous development of project management

• Completed studies in (business) informatics (FH or higher) and 5 - 8 years of solid professional experience in ICT project management
• Certifications in recognized project management standards (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PMI)
• Independent, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Quick comprehension as well as high abstraction and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills at all levels and confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• Initial practical experience with WTO tenders is an advantage
• Very good German skills (C2), good English skills (B1)
