Main tasks
- Independent management of ICT projects using classical, agile, or hybrid project methods
- Responsibility for project goals, resources, time, costs, risks, and stakeholder management
- Building and leading the project organization including internal project teams as well as external partners and suppliers
- Controlling the entire project process – from the project idea to handover to operations
- Independent creation of conceptual and technical deliverables
- Active participation in and continuous development of project management
Profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics (FH or higher) and 5 - 8 years of solid professional experience in ICT project management
- Certifications in recognized project management standards (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PMI)
- Independent, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Quick comprehension as well as high abstraction and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills at all levels and confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Initial practical experience with WTO tenders is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C2), good English skills (B1)
