Your tasks

Enabling self-determination and participation in everyday living according to Functional Health
Accompanying people of different ages with cognitive and psychological disabilities with a focus on emotional development
Support in their diverse areas of life in different living and day-structure settings
Continuous development and review of previous living and support settings considering inclusion
Organizational and professional management of client processes as well as interdisciplinary collaboration
Active participation and involvement in the pedagogical specialist area
Willingness for on-call, evening, and weekend duties

Your profile

Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or in a comparable field
Ability to recognize and promote inclusion in the support setting
Differentiated and reflective handling of boundary violations (Grisons Standard)
Interest, joy, and active participation in team and attitude development
Open, innovative, and humorous personality with joy in change
Resilience, flexibility, and efficiency
Independent work with a lot of personal responsibility
