Child and Youth Caregiver

About the job

• Assisting in the care of a group of 10 to 30 children aged 4 to 11 years together with a qualified team
• Accompanying the children during lunch
• Implementing rules in the day care operation
• Assisting in the planning and execution of leisure activities and projects with children
• Participating in team meetings

• Completed vocational training EFZ or equivalent in a non-pedagogical field
• Enjoy working with children in a lively environment and interest in educational tasks
• Experience in caring for and guiding school-age children
• Outgoing, humorous, and empathetic
• Highly independent, assertive, and resilient
• Good communication skills
