Your Tasks
- Implementation of the program according to the concept
- Case management and responsibility for the vocational integration process including reporting
- Coaching of youth and young adults
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies
- Taking on acquisition activities (e.g., of placement positions)
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent mandatory; preferably supplemented with coaching training
- Professional experience in coaching youth and/or young adults
- Good knowledge of the labor market
- Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration within a professional team
- High self-motivation for the work and a humorous, communicative personality
