You are jointly responsible for the care and support of our residents, with a respectful approach close to your heart. You take on delegated tasks in basic care as well as household chores and help shape everyday life.
Your Profile
- Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant FA,) or SRK course/basic VBB course
- Experience in long-term care
- Very good German skills
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious working style
