Lead Life Science Domain Expert (Project Manager/Business Analyst) (80-100%, all genders)

That's the job. Main tasks at Eraneos

  • Oversee the implementation of Veeva Vault in a specific business domain in collaboration with Client Representatives, Programm Management, and Veeva team

  • Accountable to define impact assessment on business processes and SOPs, advise on best practices

  • Accountable to define User Requirements in alignment with the client and Veeva

  • Accountable for User Acceptance Testing and Business Acceptance

  • Facilitate Business process workshops and preparation sessions for Veeva Sprints / Workshops

This job is for you, if

  • You have 8+ years of experience in leading system implementations in the respective area (CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS, PV).

  • You have experienced at least 2 system implementations in a leading role with a strong focus on business processes.

  • You have experience with Veeva Vault implementations or equivalent systems (e.g. ARISg).

  • You have consulting experience or relevant industry experience with a strong customer-facing role.

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • You have experience in project management and as a business analyst.

As the icing on the cake, you bring along

  • Veeva White Belt Certification
