As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Responsibility for budget planning and control, taking into account business management key figures, market and competitive situation
- Management and optimization of the gastronomic offer including calculation, menu changes, and quality standards
- Organization and control of service processes as well as leadership and motivation of the team
- Planning, execution, and billing of events and banquets; professional complaint handling
- Implementation of sales-promoting measures, preparation of statistics, analyses, and price comparisons
- Ensuring efficient internal communication and implementation of the room utilization concept
- Successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification in the hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy in a managerial position
- Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development
- Confident handling of common software programs (MS Office)
- Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language is an advantage
