Shape care, empower people – your field of activity with us:
- You care for and support our patients with high personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented, and according to the latest findings.
- You share responsibility for care quality and perform medical-technical and nursing tasks according to the defined competence area.
- You are also responsible for tasks in logistics, administration, and housekeeping.
- You carry out the daily recording of material and nursing activities – supported by the Clinical information system.
- You take co-responsibility for implementing area and department goals and are committed to the continuous optimization of care processes.
What you need to be successful:
- You are a certified health professional EFZ and have professional experience in acute care.
- You find the diverse medical variety of the care departments in our familiar peripheral hospital a particularly exciting and enriching challenge.
- The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation.
- You practice your profession with joy, are motivated, a team player, and resilient.
- You work reliably and conscientiously and gladly take on responsibility.
- You find it exciting and challenging to continuously learn and perform additional skills.
- Fluent German completes your profile (for non-native speakers, a B2 diploma is required).
