We are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, to strengthen our team as

SRK Nursing Assistant for Day Shift (60 to 100%, m/f/d)

Your main tasks are

• Needs-oriented and professional care and nursing of our residents during the day (all shifts; working hours: 07:00 to 22:00)
• Recognition of individual needs of our residents and participation in the care process
• Timely recognition of emergency situations and appropriate action
• Ensuring skilled and seamless management of electronic nursing documentation (tablets)
• Participation in quality assurance and support in the further development of nursing quality
• Interdisciplinary collaboration 

You have

• Completed training as SRK nursing assistant or equivalent, Swiss-recognized training
• Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• High social and professional competence
• Great motivation and joy in working with elderly people
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to pursue specific further training
• Humor and ability to reflect

We offer a home to around 100 residents in 3 residential buildings. One of our goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of our residents for as long as possible.
