The kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Center) is a polyvalent counseling center for families, parents, young people, children, and toddlers and operates based on the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich.
For the Department of Social Work and Mandates at kjz Dübendorf, we are looking for a head (80%) starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement. You will lead nine social workers in professional, organizational, and personnel matters and report directly to the kjz director. You implement the kjz strategy set by the AJB within the framework of the overarching guidelines for service delivery, controlling, and quality assurance. You fulfill your service mandate according to the professional guidelines of the Child and Youth Welfare Department, taking into account the management processes of the AJB.

You bring with you:
- University of applied sciences degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- Experience in child protection
- Leadership experience or willingness to complete leadership training
- Enjoyment in coaching and promoting employees
- Excellent communication skills and high social competence
- Decisive, resilient, and assertive personality
