What you bring with you
- You have completed a vocational training in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare and are characterized as a responsible, flexible personality with joy in dealing with people
- You enjoy making phone calls, are communicative, and keep a cool head even in lively situations
- You are eager to work and have an exact, solution-oriented, and efficient working style
- You are familiar with common MS Office programs and ideally have already had some contact with SAP
- You are either German- or French-speaking and ideally have good knowledge of the other language
- You are willing to work in flexible shifts to ensure optimal customer care: Monday to Friday between 07:30 - 19:00 and about once a month on Saturdays from 8:30 - 13:30
