Tasks
- Leadership and organization of HR services: You lead the HR services team (5–6 employees) both professionally and personally, ensure efficient HR administration, and are responsible for the quality and further development of the processes and your team. As a member of the HR management team, you actively contribute to overarching topics and strategic development.
- HR administration along the employee life cycle: You are responsible for all administrative HR processes from entry to exit – including contracts, changes, certificates, master data, as well as coordination of insurance and permits.
- Process management and quality: Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing HR processes are part of your daily routine. You ensure efficient and transparent workflows and further develop HR guidelines, instructions, and standards.
- Digitization and automation: You further develop HR systems and digital processes and actively participate in HR IT and automation projects.
- Operational collaboration: You get involved in daily business and support your team with complex or time-critical issues. As a competent contact person, you assist managers and employees with administrative HR topics.
Profile
- Education and training: You have completed a commercial or comparable basic education and have further trained in HR (e.g., professional certificate or HF/FH with HR specialization).
- Professional experience in HR: You bring several years of experience in HR administration and are well versed along the entire employee life cycle.
- Industry experience: Experience in healthcare is an advantage and facilitates your entry.
- Leadership skills: You have already gained leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop a team.
- Service and customer orientation: A strong customer and service orientation characterizes your working style.
- HR systems and digitization: You are comfortable working with HR systems; ideally, you have experience with SAP and in digitizing HR processes.
- Language skills: You have very good German skills in speaking and writing. Very good French skills (B2/C1) complement your profile and enable secure communication.
