Service Technician for Electric Trucks 100% (m/f/d)
We are looking for an ambitious service technician to join our Aftersales department immediately or by arrangement. If commercial vehicle technology is not new to you and you are excited about innovative e-mobility, you might soon be our new colleague.
Committed to sustainability, we shape e-mobility with innovative drives, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, consisting of around 200 employees, successfully brings sustainable commercial vehicles and our own products to the streets.
Your Area of Responsibility:
- Independent execution of diagnostic and repair work on Designwerk electric trucks in Switzerland and abroad
- Handling customer complaints
- Technical support for our workshop partners
- Coaching our workshop partners
- Implementation of technical campaigns
- Conducting technical training (DW components) for Designwerk partner and customer workshops
- Conducting accompanying and instructional drives with electric truck drivers
Your Strengths:
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician EFZ (ideally in the field of commercial vehicles)
- Analytical thinking ability for diagnostic activities
- Experienced in working with computers (diagnostics, SD card transmissions)
- Team player with a passion for e-mobility
- Strong customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of the German language
- Good English skills (French desirable)
- Driver's license category C - or willingness to obtain it
- Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally
