Your tasks and skills
Every project is unique, every working day different. In this interesting and varied activity, you establish new business relationships and advise existing customers in your sales area.
As a sales professional, you are responsible for independently developing your sales area through targeted and successful customer acquisition.
You gain the trust of your customers, establish long-term relationships, and regularly maintain your clientele.
With our customers, you negotiate directly with decision-makers and are their direct contact on site during implementation.
You accompany projects with great technical expertise and show your customers the individual solutions that suit them best.
You constantly observe market developments and regularly participate in commercial events in your region.
You continuously strengthen your network and take appropriate measures to do so.
The attractive showrooms in Geneva and Bern, close collaboration with a competent team responsible for partition installation, and a well-established internal sales service professionally support you in your sales activities up to the installation of partitions in the office space.
Your profile
You have several years of proven sales experience and have a sense of interior architecture and space planning.
You have a complete basic education in the commercial, technical field, or a similar profession, as well as several years of experience in conceptual work.
You enjoy communicating with different interlocutors, including management/group management, purchasing department, architects, and private individuals.
You reside in German-speaking Switzerland or in a French-speaking region located in immediate proximity to German-speaking Switzerland, a prerequisite for this position.
You distinguish yourself by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and can quickly grasp different company structures.
Speaking French and German is essential; English is a plus.
Your strong will to succeed and motivation to invest daily in your development form the optimal basis for this promising activity.
