In total, we manage five AHV funds and four pension funds for various industries and professional associations. Your Tasks
- Review, assess, and process benefit cases (especially disability)
- Manage pension portfolios
- Advise insured persons and pension recipients on benefit entitlements
- Handle correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in projects
Your Strengths and Experience
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Further education in social insurance, occupational benefits, or law is an advantage
- Professional experience in occupational benefits, ideally in the benefits area
- Very good German spoken and written; knowledge of French or Italian is desirable
- Independent, responsible, and precise working style
- Organized, forward-looking, and solution-oriented personality
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and communication strength
- Resilient, flexible, and motivated to contribute in a dynamic environment
- Strong customer and service orientation
