Construction Manager for Road and Rail Infrastructure

Mission
As a Construction Manager, you lead, plan, and coordinate the execution of construction sites to ensure realizations that meet technical requirements, respecting deadlines, costs, quality, and safety.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and plan all site activities, from logistics to execution methods.
- Analyze the mandate (plans, diagrams, technical files) and anticipate risks related to safety, deadlines, and technical constraints.
- Coordinate field teams, supervise team leaders/site managers, and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Monitor costs, control hours, manage interim invoices, and guarantee financial control of the site.
- Supervise the management of materials, equipment, vehicle fleet, and tools.
- Ensure rigorous quality monitoring and strict compliance with safety, environmental standards, and internal procedures.
- Facilitate communication between the field, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as network electrician, installer-electrician, or equivalent training; certification as electrical site manager is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in construction management, ideally in road or rail infrastructure.
- Strong technical skills, organizational sense, and strong anticipation ability.
- Excellent leadership: team management, ability to mobilize, arbitrate, and handle unforeseen events.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stress management skills.
- Dynamic, flexible, solution-oriented person, exemplary in respecting processes and safety.
- Driver's license.
