About the job
The Chrüzacher recreational facility is a popular sociocultural institution and organizes courses and activities for children, families, and adults. In addition to course rooms, the facility includes a large playground and houses various animals, whose care involves children and young people. The facility also includes the Chrüzi-Kafi, which is operated with the help of volunteers. Starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Management of the Chrüzi-Kafi (management of volunteers, ensuring operations, further development - e.g., projects around pizza oven use)
- Planning, organizing, and conducting activities and events in the course area (candle making, soapbox derby, spring festival, summer festival, etc.)
- Leading your own holiday courses
- Course administration of your own courses
Your profile
- Educational training and/or several years of experience in sociocultural animation with children/adult education
- Experience in the gastronomy sector
- Experience in the creative course area
- Organizational skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Willingness to work irregular hours (including weekend shifts)
- Enjoyment of working with people, especially children
- Resilience and flexibility
