What you accomplish

Creation of subscription contracts and commissioning documents for new customers
Processing various changes, ownership changes, and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the relevant services
Creation of delivery documents and configuration files for terminals
Billing of subscription fees and one-time fees
Providing assistance and advice for customer and distribution partner inquiries

What you bring

Basic commercial training completed with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
Several years of commercial experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
Very good written and oral communication skills in French and German
Ability to quickly understand complex situations
Technical affinity as well as a strong sense of service and customer relations
High autonomy and sense of responsibility, with team spirit and a positive attitude
