Tasks
- Responsible for cantonal tasks within the framework of recruitment, including orientation days
- Management of the military control system in the Army Personnel Information System (PISA)
- Responsible for processing service deferral requests
- Providing military information to conscripts, authorities and the public
- Support in the area of military service replacement
- General administrative and organizational tasks for the benefit of the Office for Civil Protection and Military
Expectations
- Commercial vocational training and/or corresponding professional experience
- Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer of the Swiss Army
- Very good oral and written expression
- Independent, structured, process-oriented and efficient way of working
- Assertiveness, ability to work in a team
- Creativity, dynamism and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact
- Advanced IT skills, affinity for digitalization
- Experience in public administration is an advantage
