The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars by Marco Campanella – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

Completed professional training
Work experience in 5-star hospitality is an advantage

Representing the Executive Chef during absences
Placing orders, writing menus, creating cards
Creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all guests
Ensuring high service standards for guests
Training the Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi-chef de Partie, Commis de Partie, apprentices, and interns
