Secretarial Staff with Focus on Project and Event Management

The Sports Office is the contact point for children, adolescents, parents, competitive and recreational athletes, schools, associations, authorities, and builders for any questions in the field of sports. Every year, we offer various training and further education courses for teachers and J+S leaders as well as around ten youth sports camps in different sports. The administration of the sports fund and the J+S offerings are also core tasks of the office.

We are looking for a motivated and committed personality as of January 1, 2026, or by agreement

• Support of the office management in administrative and organizational tasks
• Planning, organizing, and conducting events, projects, and workshops in the sports sector
• Support in the implementation of projects in the Youth+Sports area as well as other cantonal initiatives
• Creation of target group-oriented content for website, social media, and print materials
• Support in the internal and external communication of the Sports Office
• Responsibility for the maintenance and updating of databases
• Support in the further development of digital processes and tools in the office

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in event and project management in the field of sports and club work is a plus
• Confident spoken and written German
• Experience and enjoyment in using modern tools and platforms (MS Office, databases, social media)
• Communicative, service-oriented personality with independent working style and great organizational skills
• Driver's license category B
• A connection to sports or Youth+Sports (J+S) is desirable
