The Touring Club Switzerland is the largest mobility club in Switzerland. For our headquarters in Vernier, within our IT department, we are looking for a:

Project Manager IT & Business Transformation - 100%

Do you enjoy driving projects forward, tackling complex challenges, and turning ideas into tangible results?

As a Project Manager, you act as a facilitator and accelerator of transformation. You simplify interactions between Business Relationship Managers (BRM), Business Analysts (BA), business teams, and IT by bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency. Your actions enable stakeholders to focus on value creation while ensuring smooth project execution.

Your challenges

• Manage complex transformation projects ensuring objectives are met within deadlines, budgets, and priorities
• Unite business teams, IT, external partners, and decision-makers around a common vision by facilitating collaboration and ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels
• Anticipate risks, identify dependencies, remove obstacles, and challenge various stakeholders to secure project delivery and accelerate decision-making
• Ensure pragmatic and value-creating governance focused on results and execution
• Actively contribute to the company’s transformation through the evolution of processes and strategic solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other digital platforms
• Easily switch from a strategic vision to operational support to assist teams and guarantee the progress of initiatives
• Support, when necessary, projects for rationalisation, modernisation, or decommissioning of applications and infrastructures
• Transform ideas into concrete results through your leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to mobilise stakeholders around common goals

What you bring

• Higher education in computer science, engineering, project management, or equivalent
• Proven experience managing complex transformation projects at the interface between business and IT
• Achievements in delivering strategic projects with high impact, measurable results, and tangible value creation
• Strong skills in governance, planning, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and internal clients
• Deep understanding of business processes and digital environments such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, or equivalent solutions
• Experience in projects for rationalisation, modernisation, or decommissioning of applications and infrastructures is an asset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influence, and change management skills
• Ability to constructively challenge teams, partners, and decision-makers
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (minimum C2 level)
