To strengthen our Risk, Actuarial and Reinsurance Department and its Risk Office and Internal Control System (ICS) team, we are looking for a final-year Master’s intern for a duration of 6 months starting January or February 2027 in Lausanne.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Analyze risks, participate in interviews with key stakeholders, consolidate results to be presented to Management
- Assist in planning, reviewing and testing key ICS controls and implement the ICS Policy
- Support stakeholders in the process with business impact analyses, business continuity plans and periodic tests
- Contribute to the improvement of control and risk management tools, participate in cross-functional projects related to governance and the risk management framework, provide support for regulatory work and internal documentation
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in an academic program (Master’s, ideally in Business Administration)
- You have basic knowledge of principles in Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control Systems and compliance
- You are comfortable with data analysis and continuity management
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured mindset
- You have strong writing skills
- You have good interpersonal skills
You are also autonomous, dynamic, intellectually curious and comfortable with multitasking.
