Your main task
- Independent management and leadership of a residential area
- Administrative, organizational and conceptual tasks
- Participation in direct care and support
- Support of employees in complex care and support situations
- Control of the care process and care needs assessment (Lobos system and RAI LTCF)
- Partnership-based cooperation with relatives, internal and external services
- Interdisciplinary cooperation of the residential areas professionally & personally
- Supervision and promotion of trainees
Your profile
- Tertiary education with experience in long-term care, HF, DN2, DN1, specialist in long-term care
- Several years of leadership experience desirable
- Knowledge of current concepts and models of elderly care
- Good IT skills required
- Experience with the RAI classification system is an advantage
- High social competence, communication skills, flexibility & resilience
- Appreciative attitude, motivation & esprit
- Openness to the unexpected, creativity & team spirit
