To complement our sales team, which is committed to understanding and meeting the specific needs of our many clients, we are looking for a:

Customer Advisor

Your mission

• Conduct regular visits to clients, advise and support them in their textile and other service needs;
• Manage and follow up on client files internally;
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of new services and collaborations;
• Visit prospects, identify their needs and contribute to the development of offers;
• Collect, analyse and transmit market-related information;
• Contribute to proposing new service developments and products;
• Participate in various internal meetings and collaborate with other company departments;
• Carry out various administrative tasks related to the sales department.

Profile sought

• Commercial employee CFC, in sales, logistics, or equivalent qualification;
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in a textile-related field or in logistics;
• Knowledge of our client sectors is an asset;
• Excellent oral and written command of the French language;
• Great ease with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
• Holder of a driving licence;
• Good team spirit and customer orientation;
• Highly personable with a keen sense of listening and communication;
• Proactive, organised, autonomous and flexible;
• Sense of accuracy, rigour and discretion;
• Excellent presentation.
