As part of the continuous development of our team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking to strengthen our department for personal insurance with a committed and experienced individual for the position of Clerk Benefits Daily Sickness Allowance (80-100%). You will become an important part of our team, which provides first-class services in the area of daily sickness allowance for our customers.
The following exciting tasks await you:
- Qualified and proactive handling of daily sickness allowance cases in close cooperation with care managers and consulting doctors
- Active, independent, and customer-oriented case management
- Writing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
- Regular exchange with insured persons, customers, as well as authorities, doctors, and legal representatives
This is what distinguishes you:
- Completed commercial vocational training and ideally a federal certificate of competence in social insurance
- Professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the area of personal insurance
- Confident German language skills, French knowledge is an advantage
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
