Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (Focus on Tetraplegia and Ventilation)
What you can achieve with us:
- Ensuring professional, resident- and family-centered care and support
- Responsibility as a contact person and shaping the nursing process involving residents and their relatives
- MDS coordination according to RAI-NH
- Participation in the development of nursing quality and its implementation in the residential group
- Guidance and support of trainees
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF and professional experience in this role
- Expertise with experience in geriatrics/psychiatry/palliative care
- RAI-NH/PC knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in the care and support of people with a tracheostomy/ventilation
- Willingness to participate in the implementation of quality standards
- Ideally an additional qualification in intensive care or intermediate care
- Confident communication skills in German
- Competent and professional demeanor
- High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
- Ability to handle complex stressful situations in everyday life
