For our team in Landquart, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and qualified individual as CNC Milling Operator (80-100%).

In this varied role, you are part of a motivated team and contribute your expertise to the precise manufacture of our products.

After thorough training, you will take on the following tasks:

CNC - Milling Operator 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your Job

• Independent setup and equipping of the CNC machining centre according to setup plans
• Independent presetting and preparation of tools according to tool lists
• Manufacture of small to medium-sized series orders according to specified quality standards
• Operation and loading of the band saw
• Continuous monitoring and ensuring of quality requirements using measuring and testing equipment
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on production equipment
• Active participation in the continuous optimisation of processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Technical understanding and the ability to confidently read and implement technical drawings
• Experience with CNC machining centres, ideally with Heidenhain controls
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts during periods of high workload
• Reliable, committed and motivated personality with high initiative
• Enjoyment in learning new things and professional development
• Independent, structured and efficient working style
