We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement!

• Holistic and resource-oriented care of clients with mental illnesses
• Conducting information and therapy discussions, needs assessments as well as advising and instructing relatives
• Designing the care process and corresponding documentation
• Support and coaching of employees
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist agencies

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, preferably with further training in psychiatry
• At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• Used to working independently and responsibly
• Open, innovative, empathetic personality with a good sense of humor
• Very high resilience, patience, and joy in working with people in need of support
• Good knowledge of German
• Driver's license category B

• Active implementation of the nursing initiative
