To strengthen our team in the Digital area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Product Owner (m/f/d), 100% immediately at the Basel Headquarters.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop a product roadmap and are responsible for its implementation.
• You translate the functions of the product roadmap into clearly defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• You prioritize and maintain the sprint backlogs for assigned products, considering stakeholder requirements.
• You turn data insights into products with actionable results for the end customer.
• You work in an agile environment and continuously review business requirements, refine priorities, set milestones and outcomes, and identify opportunities and risks.
• You collaborate with stakeholders and customers across the company to determine the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• You develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to assess future investments.

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in business informatics or business administration.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• You bring solid experience in the introduction of software or services in collaboration with engineering teams. Additionally, you have in-depth knowledge in prototyping, iterative development, and an agile mindset.
• You have experience dealing with requirements and specifications.
• You have experience with Hybris or other eCommerce systems and are proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Customer centricity is your top priority, and you are passionate about eCommerce.
• You are extremely creative in thinking and love developing solutions.
• You bring excellent analytical skills and are well-versed in project management.
• You like to take responsibility, are proactive, independent, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment.
• Fluent German and English skills are a must. French is a plus.
