Job Description
Your GRAND Duties:
- You are responsible for the overall operations in the Cäsar Ritz restaurant with breakfast and dinner (half board), Del Ponte restaurant (à la carte) and Stübli, hotel bar with hotel lobby and room service
- You lead a team of up to 18 employees
- You are ready to actively assist in all areas
- Personal and heartfelt guest care is close to your heart
- You work with the reservation system Gastronovi
- You have regular exchange with the F&B Manager, working hand in hand: orders, work schedules, internal training, and much more
- At F&B events, you are a helpful and open contact person
- You participate in the weekly management meetings
- Compliance and control of HACCP hygiene regulations are a matter of course for you
Qualifications
Your GRAND Skills:
- You are a host with heart and soul
- You are a service-oriented personality with attention to detail and perfection
- After completing your training in hospitality and gastronomy, you have already gained several years of experience in a management position
- You are familiar with upscale gastronomy and it is your passion
- You have a competent and charming demeanor with a well-groomed appearance
- Your entrepreneurial thinking helps you in your daily work
- You have very good German, English, and French skills
