We are looking for an independent, customer-oriented personality for this position.
You will independently manage properties from a portfolio consisting of rental properties, partly with commercial units and condominium owners' associations.
Your main tasks include:
- Management of condominium and co-ownership associations (preparation of minutes / conducting meetings / handling pending matters, etc.).
- Management of properties (viewings of vacant apartments including handling enquiries / inspections and handovers of properties / support of commercial rental applicants including drafting rental contracts, etc.)
- Contract management (conclusion/renewal/termination of caretaker, insurance, and service contracts)
- Termination of rental agreements by the landlord
- Telephone and written contact with tenants, owners, and craftsmen
- Handling of minor conversions and renovations
- Processing of damage claims
- Accounting of invoices
- Processing of dunning runs
- Preparation of final accounts
- Filing of records
You bring the following:
- Several years of commercial professional experience
- Experience in the real estate sector or willingness to acquire industry-specific knowledge
- Very good German skills and confident in German correspondence; you can also communicate in French and English
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and a flair for numbers
- Ability to organise your diverse tasks independently and proactively
- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic phases and with demanding clients
- A confident manner and good interpersonal skills
- You appreciate a lively environment, are communicative and flexible
